Our 3-6 year old dance program is an early development group that specialises in the areas of creativity, confidence, teamwork and motor skills. Children are encouraged to socialize with other kids in the class. Classes are individually designed to suit the student’s needs. Jazz, ballet and other dance styles are introduced in a comfortable and fun atmosphere.
One of our specialist programs is the Kids Yoga program for 3-6 year olds. In this program we use imagination and fun adventure stories to introduce children to traditional yoga. Develo pment benefits for children include improved posture and co-ordination, lower anxiety and hyperactivity, and helps to build healthy sleeping habits. Each child learns at their own level of ability and every class ends with relaxation to leave the children feeling calm, relaxed and positive.
